It never invents.
If the answer isn't in what the owner gave it, it says it doesn't know and passes the question on. A confident wrong answer about allergens or hours is worse than no answer, so it isn't allowed to give one.
In every club · Answers 24/7 · Never invents
Every club on Klub has an AI trained on that one place — its menu, hours, offers and rules. Members ask it anything and it answers, books and remembers. Owners tell it what to do and it does it. When it doesn’t know, it says so and asks the owner instead of making something up.

Both sides of the counter
The member talks to it like a person behind the counter. The owner talks to it like a manager. It is the same AI, and everything one side says changes what the other side hears.

Table for two at 8 tonight?
Yes — 8pm for two is free. I’ve held it under your name.
Booking held
Table for 2 · Tonight, 8:00 PM
Do you do oat milk?
Honestly, I’m not sure — that isn’t in my notes. I’ve asked the owner and I’ll come back to you.
The owner just confirmed: yes — oat milk is ₹30 extra on any coffee. ☕

Live tables, live offers, live hours. Nothing stale.
When it doesn't know, it says so — and learns the answer once.
The owner says it; the copilot does it; members see it.
For members
Each club's AI is trained on that club alone — its menu, prices, hours, offers and rules. Ask a café about parking and you get that café's answer, not a paragraph about parking.
Offers, events and tonight's tables are looked up fresh every time you ask. An offer that expired a minute ago simply isn't there, so the answer you get is the one the counter would give.
A table, an appointment, a room, a pickup — say it in a sentence and it's done. The booking lands in your thread and on the owner's dashboard at the same moment.
No made-up answers. A question it can't answer goes to the owner, and when they reply the AI comes back to you — and knows it for the next person who asks.
For businesses
The same AI that answers your customers works for you. Tell it what you want in a sentence — an offer, a game, a menu change, a post — and it creates the real thing, in your club, for every member.
Profile, menu, offers, events, games and hours. Edit any of them and the twin knows within the minute.
Tone, style and reply length are yours to set — brief and warm, detailed and formal, whatever your counter sounds like.
Every question it had to pass on, grouped and counted. Answer once and it's knowledge; the people who asked get told.
Upload a menu, a PDF or a photo of the board and it pulls out items, prices and pictures so you don't type them.
AI twin and copilot are included in Growth and Enterprise.

How it stays honest

If the answer isn't in what the owner gave it, it says it doesn't know and passes the question on. A confident wrong answer about allergens or hours is worse than no answer, so it isn't allowed to give one.
02
Anything with an end date — an offer, an event, tonight's tables — is looked up at the moment you ask, not remembered from last week. An offer that ended a minute ago is simply not in the answer.

Each club's assistant knows that club and nothing else — its menu, its rules, its voice. Your data trains your assistant; it isn't pooled into a model of every shop on the street.

kinds of local business it already knows
One per business. Each club's assistant is trained on that club's own profile, menu, offers, events, games and hours, and it answers only about that place. Nothing is pooled across businesses.
It says so. The question goes into the owner's inbox, grouped with anyone else who asked the same thing. When the owner answers, the assistant replies to the people who asked and keeps the answer for next time. It is not allowed to guess.
It books. A member says "table for two at 8" and the reservation is created and lands on the owner's dashboard the same moment, with the member's name on it. The same goes for appointments, rooms, waitlists and pickup orders, depending on what the business does.
Mostly by running the business. It reads the profile, menu, offers and hours already in the app and re-syncs whenever they change. Upload a flyer, a PDF or a photo of the board and it pulls out the items and prices. Anything else — house rules, parking, allergens — is a sentence in the knowledge base.
Create an offer, start a scratch card or spin wheel, add or update a store item, mark something sold out, post an announcement — in plain language. It creates the real thing in the club, and members see it immediately.
No. Your questions go to that one club's assistant and, if it can't answer, to that club's owner. They are not used to train anything else.
The AI assistant and copilot are part of Growth and Enterprise. Members use it for free in any club that has it.
