How do customers join my Klub?
You get a QR code to put on the counter, the receipt, the window or a table tent. They scan it once, and from then on everything you post reaches them. You can also share a join link anywhere you already have an audience.
Is there really no cost per message?
No. The subscription covers the tools; sending is not metered. Post as often as you have something worth saying — there is no per-message, per-member or per-campaign charge.
How is this different from a WhatsApp broadcast?
A broadcast list is capped, gets throttled, and lives inside someone else's app under their rules. A Klub is a proper membership network: unlimited members, structured posts like offers and events, loyalty and rewards built in, plus analytics on who actually came back.
Do I need new hardware or a POS?
No. Klub runs on your phone. POS and CRM integrations exist on Enterprise if you want redemptions flowing automatically, but nothing is required to start.
What happens to my members if I cancel?
You keep your member list and can export it. We don't hold your customer relationships hostage — that would rather defeat the point of the product.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live in under fifteen minutes: name, category, location, hours, and your first offer. Upload a menu or a flyer and the AI pulls out the items for you.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
It's trained on your own menu, hours, offers and events, and it answers customers when you're busy or closed — including taking bookings. Anything it can't answer honestly goes to your inbox instead of being invented.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes, on Enterprise. Each location gets its own club, hours and staff, with group-level analytics across all of them.
